Our Favorite Cleansing Tea Recipe

There has been a recent tea craze in our society and the reasons are obvious. Tea contains major nutrients and antioxidants that can help brain function and provide you with energy. Below is a potent and delicious tea recipe that can help cleanse your body, boost your metabolism and fight damaging toxins. It is recommended to consume this drink three times daily 20 minutes before meals for two weeks, then consume once daily before breakfast or lunch.

Ingredients:

  • 1 glass of warm or hot water (12-16 oz.)
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • ½-1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 dash cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon raw, local honey (optional)
  • 2 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
